NYC: James Beard exhibit and The Food Seen

Like everyone else with the holidays fast approaching, I have my hands full, and I'm subsequently running a little behind on blogging.  I didn't want to get too far into December without mentioning some highlights from my recent trip to NYC last month, which included kicking off an exhibit of some of my "terra cibus" works at the legendary James Beard House. (The show will be up through this December.) As well as having the priviledge of being interviewed by photographer and photo editor Michael Harlan Turkell for his podcast "The Food Seen". I will post a link when the show goes live.

While hanging the show at the James Beard House the night before Halloween, New York had a very early snowfall. This is a shot taken from the Greenhouse Gallery.
